We very much enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. We had booked two suites with lounge access. The suites were big and we had the club lounge to our selves as there weren’t many other guests. The service was excellent and the staff where very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful. The best part was that it was connected to the shopping mall, so it was very convenient. We surely felt very comfortable that the place felt like our own home. This is surely the best 5 star hotel in Bishkek, and would highly recommend anyone visiting Bishkek to visit this hotel. If we ever return to Bishkek, we will definitely return back to the Sheraton.

The location is great - the hotel is in the same building as a shopping mall but with its own private courtyard entrance. There is also a discrete entrance directly into the shopping mall. We were able to walk to a variety of great local restaurants and to the State History Museum. The staff were very dedicated and professional. Would go again.

The breakfast offered in the main restaurant was diverse and delicious. Excellent options! The restaurant staff were attentive and helpful. The rooftop restaurant is a cute place for dinner or drinks. I also treated myself to a massage in the spa. Excellent value and great experience! I recommend the spa if you have time.
