Breakfast was very nice with many varieties. Food was delicious and fresh. Drinks were fresh. Staff were excellent. they helped us a lot. room was clean, warm and well equipped. welcoming basket and tea-coffee set were real nice. hotel is in the middle of city attractions. the shopping mall is in the same building with the hotel. it is very convenient for shopping and dining. there are many nice restaurants around the hotel.

the staff was all very great. especially the concierge girl, i believe her name is Japar. very kind and considerate employees. we had a issue with a bad taxi driver and the hotel help us resolve it. the location of this hotel is perfect, center of town with mall attached. Roof too restaurant was incredible. also the view of the mountains was great
